Molly completed registered nurse education in England and holds a nursing license for over 50 years. She worked as a Nursing Care Specialist in Endocrinology in Torrance, California for 25 years, managing the outpatient endocrine care of 7,000 children and adults and assisting in physician education.  She was a founding member of the first diabetes education program in Southern California.

She has supervised and managed all aspects of osteoporosis treatment and prevention clinical trials in Beverly Hills, and diabetes trials and obesity treatment clinics in Los Angeles. Molly has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has presented at national and international scientific meetings. 

Molly is an ENS member since 1992, a Board Member since 2002 and currently Treasurer since 2008.
